Cappellini Pasqualle: Sautéed Roma tomatoes, crushed garlic, fresh basil, and red onions deglazed with white wine and served over angel hair pasta. $13

Pollo Alexandra: Strips of chicken with artichokes plum tomatoes, fresh basil, red onions, and slivered garlic over bow tie pasta. $16

Rigatoni Bolognese: Our slow cooked meat sauce blended with fresh cream and tossed with rigatoni. $15

Fettuccine Alfredo: A classic cream sauce prepared to perfection and served over fettuccine.

Linguine Con Gamberi: Shrimp scampi a classic dish with a lemon and wine sauce over linguine accompanied by plum tomatoes and fresh herbs. $18

Spaghetti Pomodoro: Al dente spaghetti served with freshly prepared tomato sauce. $10
 
Linguini al Vongole: This classic preparation, a personal favorite of Chef Pat’s, consists of baby clams in your choice of a white wine or red sauce. $18

Penne Arrabiatta: A wonderfully spicy red sauce with slivered garlic, crushed peppers, and fresh parsley. $13

Farfalle con Pollo: Bowtie pasta combined with chicken and broccoli then served with garlic and olive oil. $16

Spaghetti Carbonara: This dish combines panchetta, extra virgin olive oil, romano cheese, and spaghetti. (This can also be offered with a cream sauce for $1.00 more.) $16

Fettuccine Putanesca: One of Italy’s oldest recipes this dish combines olives, roasted peppers, anchovies, plum tomatoes, slivered garlic and fresh basil over pasta seasoned with extra virgin olive oil. $16

Dinner

Chicken misian: A breaded chicken breast served with pasta. The dish is then topped with pomodoro sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.

Eggplant Pamisian: Grilled eggplant layered with ricotta cheese and pomodoro sauce. Finished with pecorino and romano cheeses and served over pasta. $16

Veal Parmisian: Our lightly breaded veal cutlet served over pasta and topped with pomodoro sauce. $21

Lasagna: A must at all Chef Pat's family events. This classic dish alternates five layers of hearty meat, cheese, pasta, and pomodoro sauce. $15

Chicken Piccata: Tender breasts of chicken pan seared with delicate lemon and caper wine sauce. Served with the vegetable of the day and roasted potatoes. $18 (This dish can be substituted with veal for $22)

Chicken Marsala: Breasts of chicken sautéed with shallots and mushrooms and finished with Marsala wine and chicken stock. Served with roasted potato and vegetable of the day. $18 (This dish can be substituted with veal for $22)

Steak Pizziola: Choice cut New York strip cooked to order and topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Accompanied with roasted potatoes and vegetables. $20

Sausage Peppers and Onions: Sweet Italian sausage prepared with peppers, onions, and mushrooms and served over wild mushroom risotto. $16

Pan Seared Scallops: Pan seared scallops with a panchetta cream over a mushroom risotto and vegetable.$22

Pollo Bragiol: This long time favorite has graduated to the dinner menu. Stuffed with roasted peppers goat cheese and spinach this is served over risotto with a creamy mushroom sauce. $18
